Cisco SF300 - did not receive Username entry prompt

Hello,

I have a problem with  backup of Cisco SF300 (Cisco SMB switch, IOS), the error message is "Did not receive Username prompt from CiscoSwitchIOS". I've seen there is the solution for Network Configuration Manager http://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-161854, does something available for Kiwi CatTools as well?
