Installed a few agents from previous beta and trying to reconnect back to them but get a message
No Agent is reachable on specified IP Address or hostname:
IP Address:17778
The port is listening on the server and can telnet to the port so firewall rules are all ok.
I uninstalled the previous agent and then reinstalled it using same procedure as before to see if this made any difference. I can see that the Agent is installed on the client as 1.1.543.0 the previous version was 1.1.402.0.
Should the new beta be able to connect to the previous beta agent and upgrade it or does it have to be reinstalled - the new agent isn't currently working either with the same message so as yet not sure if problem is server or agent based.
