Power supplies not being reported down from 3750x

Hello all,

I have been dealing with an issue in which my alerts I have setup from NPM are not alerting me when a 3750x power supply goes down.  From what I can tell the alerts are all setup correctly.  Has anyone had an issue such as this?

With alerts setup to look for

PowerSupplyStatus (nhe current state of the power supply being instrumented)
ciscoEnmMonFanState (The current state of the fan being instrumented)
ciscoEnmMonFanStatusDescr (Textual description of the fan being instrumented This descri .)
ciscoEnMMonSupplyState (The current state of the power supply being instrumented
ciscoEnvMonSupplyStatusDescr (Textual description of the power supply being instrumented hT.)r

To me this power supply being down should have generated an alert.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

for now we have the syslog looking for the power supply alert and are using that, but I would like to get this working.
